Three Class 73 electro-diesels were on shed at Stewarts Lane depot in south London, Nos. 73109, 73136 and 73202.
Red and gold-liveried Class 90 No. 90035 is back on hire to National Express East Anglia, today working the 08.00 Norwich to Liverpool Street and subsequent diagram.
Freightliner Powerhaul-liveried ‘90’ No. 90045 worked the 4K18 container train from Manchester Trafford Park to Crewe in the early morning before rush hour.
Virgin Trains’ set of Mk 3 coaches worked three return trips between Euston and Birmingham New Street, beginning with the 07.03 from the capital, with No. 90048 providing the power.
GWR ‘King’ steam loco No. 6023 ‘King Edward II’ has arrived at the Mid-Norfolk Railway and today made a test run from Dereham to Wymondham and back with a support coach.
